Poor standard of living, scarce protection and assistance, food blockade, women and child mortality, inaccessible medical services and poor sanitation; few of the economic and socio-cultural rights violation suffered by the Moro people in Maguindanao when military turned up in their communities to chase elements of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF).
