Testigo, as a website and newsletter, primarily intends to publish and make public the most recent documented cases of violations human rights particularly ESCR. It is to be jointly moderated with most of the articles also coming from the project partners:
Karapatan-Bikol based in Legazpi City;
Negros Concerns for Environmental Protection (NCEP) in Western Visayas;
Karapatan-Southern Mindanao Region in Davao City;
